With any Nylon filament you need to super dry the filaments as they are very hydroscopic, place on baking paper and place in an oven at 80c for 3 hours. (test with a small piece first!)

Nylon typically absorbs moisture at room temperature. Best to make a sealed lunch box spool holder with a small hole filled with desiccants to spool and keep your filament dry. 

Coat the bed when cold with adhesion promoter, start printing immediately without preheating time.

Print raftless 

This is important, ensure the gap distance between the bed and nozzle are leveled manually.

Your first layer is critical and I suggest spending the most time test printing a small 4x4cm cube until you get it perfect. Check the very first layers are slightly squished out so they merge together. Increase or reduce the nozzle height as needed to get it perfect.

Once finished, leave the part to cool before trying to remove it.

Once you have removed the part from the build plate place in a cup of boiled water for 30mins for it to get back to normal otherwise the part will be very brittle!

Nylon is not an easy material to print with, but one of the strongest materials.
