There are a number of variables that affect print performance, from ambient temperature, environmental factors, external vibrations, and of course the myriad of print settings that can be changed, and optimised, often the best prints are a result of trial and error, and settings that work for one model, may not be optimal for a different model, once you have found the optimal settings for a particular model including print speed, layer height, retraction and other settings - you can save the file AND these settings as a factory file - making it much easier to recall these settings next time.
